AI Project Operator

We are looking for an unusually resourceful remote operator who can use AI tools to take ambiguous business and technical projects from idea to tested outcome with minimal owner involvement.

Approximately 10–20 hours/week

Compensation

$7–$10 CAD/hour

This is not a Virtual Assistant role. We already have a VA. This role is about agency, judgment, verification, and technical execution. You should be comfortable operating GitHub and Vercel independently — including branches, pull requests, CI, deployments, logs, environment variables, and preview-versus-production workflows — while using AI to move projects forward safely.

The first application is intentionally short. Selected applicants will be invited to a second screening step, followed by a paid practical exercise for finalists.
